JD Assistant Manager CRM Analytics
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
· Responsible for analytics and reporting for membership independently.
· Using available and newly generated member data for identifying member affinities and enabling member specific communication
· Being able to interpret analytical results to cross – functional partners
· Making member data easy to assimilate for cross – functional partners, enabling more avenues to understand the adidas end member.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Skilled in statistical modelling. Excellent knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI, R or Python. (required)
· Excellent project management skills. (required)
· Excellent ability to transform analysis results into understandable insights. Great presentation skills. (required)
· Can-do attitude. (required)
· Solid data analysis experience in CRM relevant position in retail/cosmetics/sports industry. (preferred)
· Understanding of event tracking and web analytics is a plus. (preferred)
· Exposure to handling big data sets and an understanding of the back-end systems to enable the same would be highly preferred
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor or Master degree (Economics, Mathematics, Statistics are preferred)
· Minimum 2-5 years’ experience
· Fluent in English and Mardian
