BI and Data Analyst (m/f)

City: Belgrade

Responsibilities:

• Analyze company indicators to provide actionable business insights and product improvement recommendations.
  
• Develop and own business intelligence solutions, including BI/data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders as a data business partner, understanding and defining business requirements for data assets.
  
• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
  
• Ensure data integrity and quality across analytics tools and databases.
  
• Create and manage documentation, including technical specifications and other related documents for BI processes, systems, and procedures.
  

Zahtevi

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, mathematics, statistics or related field.
  
• Experience as a Data Analyst – must have.
  
• Minimum of 3-4 years in data analytics.
  
• Fluent in English.
  
• Computer skills: Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, Power Point, Power Automate.
  
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  
• Ability to analyze and understand the business context and logic behind your job responsibilities.
  
• Excited about working in international teams and using well-written and spoken English daily.
