If you want to:

  • Take true ownership of enterprise‑grade data solutions that directly drive critical business and healthcare decisions.
  • Act as a strategic data partner, cutting through the noise to translate complex needs into scalable, reliable data products.
  • Shape the architecture of modern data models, ETL processes, and analytics within a globally operating med‑tech organization.

Apply today!

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our Data Intelligence team and design how data is ingested, modeled, and consumed across our global operations. In this role, you won't just be writing pipelines; you will work at the intersection of business and technology to deliver secure, highly scalable data solutions. You will collaborate closely with agile teams and stakeholders, enjoying the autonomy to build a data platform that provides long‑term value and impactful insights.

Working with us, You will receive:

  • Flat hierarchy, working culture based on trust and open dialogue, and a genuine focus on work-life balance.
  • A hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) with flexible working hours. Our modern office in the Szczecin City Center serves as a collaborative hub, not just a place to warm a desk.
  • Dedicated learning and development opportunities tailored strictly to your professional goals
  • Full-time work agreement in a stable international organization, backed by a benefits package (private medical care, insurance, sports card).

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Design and operate robust, enterprise‑grade data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes across diverse sources (Azure Fabric, Google Cloud, on-prem).
  • Design and maintain advanced data models for large, complex datasets, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Develop semantic models (LookML, DAX) and self-service analytics dashboards that stakeholders actually want to use.
  • Set the bar for quality through peer reviews, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), automation, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, proactively communicating risks, outcomes, and translating business requirements into technical reality.
  • Oversee user access management in strict alignment with data governance, compliance, and security policies.

We are looking for someone who is skilled in critical thinking, communication, and able to work with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels. The ability to problem-solve with a self-organized approach but also work within a team that spans multiple cultures is also extremely important to us. Openness to gain new skills and developing is a cornerstone of the team, and we believe that will continue to be the case as we work towards meeting the ever-evolving needs of a growing retail business in a digital world.

Apply today if you have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on commercial experience building, optimizing, and operating enterprise-scale data platforms (Degree in IT or related field is a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Strong expertise in modern data engineering across hybrid environments (Azure Fabric, Google Cloud, on-prem SQL) and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Git).
  • Hands‑on experience building semantic layers and enabling governed self‑service analytics (LookML and/or DAX for Power BI).
  • Proven track record of independently resolving complex architectural issues, conducting POCs, and performing structured root‑cause analysis.
  • The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and deliver transparent updates.
  • Familiarity with data governance and legislation frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Bonus points for: Experience with SQLX, YAML, or HTML.

We are waiting to hear from you!
