Job Description
This role will be working in the Data and Analytics Products group – Data Operations team. The group leverages cutting edge technology and domain knowledge to create products to solve challenges in the alternative investment space. The data operations team is responsible of transforming unstructured, and often non-digital data into a structured and digitized format, which will be fed into various products. The Data Operations team is looking for data operation financial analysts to work on automatic financial statement data spreading process.

Responsibilities

• Target financial data tagging and machine extracted data quality check
• Automatic spreading financial rules set up and outputs quality assurance check
• Investigate and solve the errors identified by the automatic validation workflow process
• Analysis of the financial statements to ensure the mapping rules are set up correctly and the automatic spreading outputs are according to the desired target
• Perform client’s portfolio on-boarding and on-going data update data extraction workflow process

Qualifications

• MBA, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
• 1-5 years of experience in fund or loan operation, finance, or accounting
• Meet strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure
• Strong accounting background and financial statement analysis experience
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail is a must
• CPA, CFA preferred
