Description

Are you curious, eager to learn, and interested in improving how things work? DNV is looking for a motivated professional to join our Technical Support team in Gdynia. In this role, you will work with the Digital Twin (Product Model) that supports our service delivery. You will help improve data quality, reduce repeated support cases, and contribute to smarter, AI-supported solutions.

You will start by learning our tools and ways of working through hands-on tasks – we’ll teach you everything you need to know! Your job will include supporting users of the Digital Twin and making updates by reading and understanding technical documents. These activities will help you build a strong understanding of how our data is used and where we can improve. As you grow into the role, you will help make our work more digital, define rules for better data quality, and explore how AI can support our services. This will allow experienced colleagues to focus more on sharing their knowledge and improving how we work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support cases related to the Digital Twin.
  • Add compartments and machinery items to the Digital Twin by reading technical documentation and working with project managers and technical experts.
  • Use what you learn in daily work to suggest and support process improvements.
  • Work with colleagues across teams and countries to improve tools and work processes.
  • Help the team move toward more efficient, data-driven ways of working, including the use of AI.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, data science, information systems, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and structured data.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good command of English (written and verbal).
  • Interest in digital tools, data quality, and improving how things work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with maritime systems or other complex technical areas.
  • Experience in data management, data quality, or digital modeling.
  • Knowledge of data validation, business rules, or data profiling.
  • Understanding of how AI and automation can improve work processes.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., engineers, software developers, UX specialists).
