We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-driven Group Enterprise Risk & Compliance Data Analytics Analyst to support our Risk & Compliance team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of risk, compliance, and data—supporting the preparation of regulatory and internal reports, analyzing key risk indicators, and helping to improve the way we manage data-driven decisions. If you’re passionate about reporting, accuracy, and turning data into insight, this role is for you. 

 

What to Expect 

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc risk and compliance reports (KPIs, KRIs, regulatory summaries) 

  • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather and validate data for reporting 

  • Participate in projects, initiatives, and workshops to improve and automate reporting processes 

  • Ensure all reports are completed accurately and on time, with proper documentation and audit trails 

  • Support analysis of key risk and compliance data to identify trends and insights 

  • Assist in the development of regulatory reporting submissions to international authorities 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting practices and data management 

 

To be successful you need to have: 

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, or data analytics 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field 

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plus 

  • Working knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 

  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in cross-functional teams 

  • Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
