Weβre looking for a highly analytical and detail-driven Group Enterprise Risk & Compliance Data Analytics Analyst to support our Risk & Compliance team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of risk, compliance, and dataβsupporting the preparation of regulatory and internal reports, analyzing key risk indicators, and helping to improve the way we manage data-driven decisions. If youβre passionate about reporting, accuracy, and turning data into insight, this role is for you.Β

What to ExpectΒ
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc risk and compliance reports (KPIs, KRIs, regulatory summaries)Β
Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather and validate data for reportingΒ
Participate in projects, initiatives, and workshops to improve and automate reporting processesΒ
Ensure all reports are completed accurately and on time, with proper documentation and audit trailsΒ
Support analysis of key risk and compliance data to identify trends and insightsΒ
Assist in the development of regulatory reporting submissions to international authoritiesΒ
Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting practices and data managementΒ

To be successful you need to have:Β
Β
Minimum 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, or data analyticsΒ
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related fieldΒ
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plusΒ
Working knowledge of SQL is considered an advantageΒ
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailΒ
Fluent in English and comfortable working in cross-functional teamsΒ
Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independentlyΒ
