IT Project Manager - Data & Analytics

As an IT Project Manager, you will work as an integral part of our team for a big foreign clients.

You will be fully responsible for assigned initiatives, setting the direction for the project team, actively managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining close communication with external clients.​​

You will be responsible for:

• Taking full ownership of small–medium projects and driving them end-to-end.
• Managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and project team.
• Planning and coordinating work across IT, business, and analytics teams; tracking progress and reporting status.
• Collaborating with global stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading meetings, presenting updates, and proactively escalating risks and changes when needed.

What you will need: ​

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience with end to end project delivery
• Experience with Pharmaceutical​ or Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes and IT projects and solutions
• Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Excellent command of English (min.C1) and Polish
• Experience in working with data, data visualization
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to take charge, make independent decisions, and confidently steer the project
• Ability to successfully handle unfamiliar or first-time project types through strong problem-solving and adaptability
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking abilities
