Your Role:
  • Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns to uncover insights and optimize strategies.
  • Participating in forecasting customer lifetime value (LTV) and return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
  • Proposing and validating hypotheses to improve user acquisition and retention.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports to support decision-making for marketing and product teams.
  • Participating in defining requirements for data collection with product and engineering teams.
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and user behavior.
About You:
  • Solid SQL skills: ability to write queries using joins, aggregations, and basic subqueries; window functions are a plus.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL/RedShift for data processing and analysis.
  • Basic experience with Python/R for data analysis (working with tabular data using pandas and numpy).
  • Experience building dashboards in BI tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, Metabase, etc.).
  • Experience working with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of product and marketing metrics for mobile and web products.
  • Experience with analytics systems such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
  • Experience in analyzing marketing performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
  • Understanding of marketing channels and attribution concepts (paid traffic, organic, cohorts, funnels).
  • Understanding of LTV and ROI models; experience or strong interest in LTV/ROI forecasting.
  • Ability to present analysis results clearly to marketing and product stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently on small tasks and strong communication skills.
