Your Role:
- Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns to uncover insights and optimize strategies.
- Participating in forecasting customer lifetime value (LTV) and return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
- Proposing and validating hypotheses to improve user acquisition and retention.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports to support decision-making for marketing and product teams.
- Participating in defining requirements for data collection with product and engineering teams.
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and user behavior.
About You:
- Solid SQL skills: ability to write queries using joins, aggregations, and basic subqueries; window functions are a plus.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL/RedShift for data processing and analysis.
- Basic experience with Python/R for data analysis (working with tabular data using pandas and numpy).
- Experience building dashboards in BI tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, Metabase, etc.).
- Experience working with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of product and marketing metrics for mobile and web products.
- Experience with analytics systems such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
- Experience in analyzing marketing performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
- Understanding of marketing channels and attribution concepts (paid traffic, organic, cohorts, funnels).
- Understanding of LTV and ROI models; experience or strong interest in LTV/ROI forecasting.
- Ability to present analysis results clearly to marketing and product stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently on small tasks and strong communication skills.
