Originallyย founded in 1991ย as Harlem RBI, DREAM has grown to annually serve more than 2,500 youth across East Harlem and the South Bronx through a network of seven PreK-12, extended-day, extended-year DREAM Charter Schools and community sports-based youth development programs. Through our commitmentย
to rigorous academics, social-emotional learning, deep family and community engagement, and health and wellness, we create lifelong learners who are equipped to fulfill their vision of success in and out of the classroom. We dream big, as well, with an aggressive five-year plan to expand to serve 3,500 students across seven schoolsโgrowing our organizationโs impact and leveling the playing field for all children. The Data Team builds the infrastructure, systems, and support that make data a valuable strategic asset across DREAM. We believe data should enhance peopleโs work, and we strive to make it easier for staff to access the insights they need to improve outcomes, uphold standards, and meet the needs of every student.
The Data Coordinator is part of the Network Support Team, and splits time 40/60 between home and the network office. A successful data coordinator balances the work of advancing data infrastructure for the PK-8 schools with the on the ground, day-to-day programmatic support that running a CMO entails. Reporting to the Network Director of PK-8 Data and Assessment, the Data Coordinator: PK-8 will strategically support the data team in this growth plan through data collection, management, reporting, and analysis.
