About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Analyst to join our growing team. This role will own recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis for the revenue function, uncovering trends, diagnosing performance drivers, and influencing strategy.

As a Revenue Analyst, you’ll work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to transform raw data into meaningful stories and actionable recommendations. You’ll not only respond to business questions, but also anticipate them β€” proactively identifying insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Main responsibilities:

Revenue Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support revenue operations, sales, and marketing.

  • Extract and transform data from HubSpot, Excel, and Domo into standardized reports, visualizations, and dashboards.

  • Document and maintain standardized reporting processes.

  • Advise team members on best practices for reporting and analysis.

Business Insight Generation

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in revenue data without waiting for prompts.

  • Recommend new areas of analysis and improvement based on data-driven insights.

Analytical Framework Development

  • Translate high-level business challenges into structured analyses.

  • Design models and reports that explain performance drivers and validate business hypotheses.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with revenue leadership, sales, marketing, and finance to align KPIs and inform strategy.

Process Optimization

  • Refine and enhance data pipelines, reporting tools, and models for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Leadership & Communication

  • Act as a thought partner to revenue leadership, bringing forward new reporting ideas and clear narratives that drive action.

Your experience:
We would expect you to have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue, sales, or business analysis, preferably in a B2B SaaS or data-driven organization.

  • Proven ability to independently source, clean, structure, and interpret large datasets (HubSpot and Domo experience preferred).

  • Strong skills in designing dashboards, ad hoc reports, and analytical tools that drive decisions.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize multiple projects, and dig deeper than initial requests.

  • Experience translating business problems into clear, outcome-driven analyses.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • SQL and/or R experience preferred for automation and scalable reporting.
