- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- You bring several years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, CRM transformation, enterprise data architecture, or technical consulting.
- You have strong experience with Salesforce platform architecture, ideally including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Data Cloud / Data 360, and Agentforce.
- You are familiar with customer data models, system integration, APIs, cloud platforms, data governance, AI-enabled automation, and enterprise architecture principles.
- You have a strong understanding of CRM, CDP, marketing automation, customer 360, lead management, service automation, and AI-driven business processes.
