Responsible for data analysis for the following domains: product insights & development
β Design business research and analytics frameworks in the business context
β Perform an assessment on all visualization and reporting requirements, create BI
dashboards, and develop long term strategy for various dashboard & reporting
solutions.
β Identify the right data sources and extract the right data for analysis
β Apply analytics tools and generate customized insights to drive key business decisions
β Understand business needs from business functional teams. Turn data into insights with
actionable execution plans and influence key stakeholders to implement the solutions
β Proactively analyze data to understand customer behaviors & preferences,
omnicommerce effectiveness, sports performance, diagnose customer experience
problems, identify opportunities & measure the impact of business initiatives
β Participate in Data validation and Quality Assurance testing. Assess the available current
data sources and define systematic data collection, storage, and analysis concepts with
support from the company-wide data expert networw.

Bachelor or above degree in Business Analytics, Economics,, Mathematics, Business
Studies, Information Systems or another related fields
β Knowledge and working experience in following domains is preferred: product creation, Product Marketing
β 3+ years of experience of managing analytics & BI projects, with successful project
β Highly proficient in data analytics tools, ability to use database language (SQL is a must)
to extract data
β Highly proficient in data visualization (Tableau) is a must. Experience in advanced BI
tools such as agile BI / Chat BI is a plus
β Proficiency in programming languages (Python) is a plus
β Knowledge in data governance, data processing, predictive modeling and insights
Generation
β Possess project management capabilities, be able to communicate well with key project
partners and upstream and downstream parties, proactively advance project progress
and control delivery results
β Strong logical thinking capability and business sense, capable of collecting key insights
and delivering the key messages
β Excellent ability to translate analytical insights into actionable business plans
β Strong oral and written communication skills, fluent in English (French Manager)
