Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data through strong data quality and validation processes.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows to integrate, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources into centralized systems.
- Perform advanced data analysis and automation using SQL, Python, and BI tools to deliver meaningful insights and reports.
- Design and refine metrics and KPIs to measure performance, outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct data profiling, mapping, and documentation to support data governance and transparency.
- Create sustainable solutions for tracking, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Analyze workflows and data trends to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a technical resource, assisting users in resolving data or system issues and implementing practical solutions.

Education or Formal Training:
- Required: Bachelorβs degree and/or recognized certificate in business intelligence, statistical analysis, operations, preferred. Experience in technical functional role accepted in lieu of education.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience with data extraction/manipulation from large complex systems, performing comprehensive analysis and interpretation.Β
- Ability to perform cost benefit/probability analyses and financial forecasts.
Knowledge, skill and ability:
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, ETL development, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, automation, and integration.
- Experience performing statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and performance insights.
- Familiarity with Epic Cogito, Epic Caboodle, or Epic Clarity data models.
- Skilled in data visualization and dashboard design using Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data validation, and testing methodologies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and statistical functions.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to interpret complex data, develop metrics, and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly understand business requirements and translate them into actionable, data-driven solutions.
Working environment/physical activities: Office environment within a clinical setting. Enters data into computer programs via computer, mouse and keyboard. Moves about the office environment and occasionally to other locations. Moves/transports objects up to 25 lbs occasionally. Communicates information to others. Discerns/analyzes information from others to assist in decision making.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
We offer a competitive salary range of $73,000 - $83,250, depending on your experience.Β
This range reflects STRIDEβs good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty, and training.
