JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a highly capable and analytically driven Data & Analytics Manager to lead the development and execution of our company’s data infrastructure, reporting, and insights functions. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable data systems that support critical business decisions across product, marketing, operations, and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with modern data platforms, mobile attribution, and behavioral analyticsβ€”preferably within high-volume, data-rich environments such as casino gaming, online betting, or mobile entertainment. This is a hands-on role that requires technical acumen, strong business intuition, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that drive growth. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable data pipelines and warehousing solutions using Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and data lake architectures.

  • Develop and maintain executive and operational dashboards, ensuring the organization has real-time access to key business metrics and customer behavior insights.

  • Conduct in-depth customer analyses including segmentation, retention trends, cohort behavior, and lifetime value modeling to guide strategic planning.

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify data needs and deliver insights that inform key business initiatives.

  • Integrate and analyze data from mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) to evaluate user acquisition, marketing effectiveness, and channel performance.

  • Utilize behavioral analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and Google Analytics (GA4) to assess user flows, funnel performance, and feature adoption.

  • Support the organization’s experimentation efforts by designing data collection strategies and conducting rigorous A/B test analyses.

  • Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and documentation to ensure consistency and accessibility across the organization.

  • Advocate for and implement best practices in data literacy, reporting processes, and self-service tools across business functions.


EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence within a technology-driven organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and demonstrated experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.

  • Hands-on experience with Python and/or R for data modeling, transformation, and automation.

  • Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

  • Experience with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.

  • Familiarity with behavioral analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4).

  • Proven ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams and strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.

  • Industry experience in casino gaming, online sports betting, mobile gaming, or other high-growth consumer technology environments.

  • Background in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) programs.

  • Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing data ecosystems.

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle analysis and player segmentation strategies.

  • Have solid written and verbal English skills.
