The Door is an unparalleled model for youth development, offering a comprehensive range of integrated services within a single site for over eleven thousand New York City youth each year. At The Door, youth can access health care and education, mental health counseling and crisis assistance, legal assistance, college preparation services, career development, housing supports, arts, sports and recreational activities, and nutritious meals β all for free and under one roof. The Legal Data Coordinator is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support our federal, state, and city contracts to ensure performance goals. This role involves ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, guiding data collection efforts, creating reports, and entering data into external and internal systems. The coordinator will also lead initiatives related to data management and support the team in creating a data-driven environment. The Legal Data Coordinator reports to the Legal Program Manager and Legal Data Manager. This is position is part of our 1199 bargaining unit.
This position also supports our Bronx Youth Center and must be able to travel between our Main Office located at 555 Broome Street, NYC and the Bronx Youth Center located at 2999 Third Avenue in the Bronx.

Work Schedule:Β Full time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm or 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, 35 hours a week.
Salary:Β $50,000 - $60,000
This position is hybrid with the current expectation that staff report on site twice a week.
