Job Summary: The Denver Broncos Marketing Seasonal Intern position provides operational and administrative support to the Denver Broncos Marketing department, including supporting all marketing initiatives, events, and gameday activities. The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Duration: This is a seasonal internship running June 2026 through February 2027 (exact start date to be determined).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and activations, including Training Camp, High School Choreography Camp, 7K, Junior Denver Broncos Cheer, watch parties, fan rallies, and partnership programming throughout the year
- Assist in the hiring, scheduling, and management of the 25-person part-time Promotions Team
- Assist and collaborate with game entertainment staff and Denver Broncos Cheer staff in preparation of gameday, including outreach and booking of vendors as well as logistics coordination
- Lead and support pregame activations such as Mane Street, gameday ceremonies and entertainment, gate giveaways, halftime production, and postgame activities
- Oversee fan correspondence including requests for fan packs, Military coins, and collaborate with other departments as needed
- Assist with booking and coordination of Stampede Drumline and other brand talent requests as needed
- Assist Marketing Dept management with event and campaign planning by researching best practices across sports & entertainment
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of brand talent, including Miles the Mascot, Denver Broncos Cheer, and Stampede
- Assist in capturing and editing photo and video content for social media to help maintain the teamβs digital presence and brand voice
- Assist with scheduling and organizing community appearances, school visits, and outreach events for brand talent
- Assisting with compiling survey results and data for presentations and event recaps
- Provide administrative support, including inventory management, billing, distribution, vendor sourcing, and storage management

- Experience with professional or minor league team(s) in a sports marketing/sponsorship role
- Experience with social media platform management and photo/video editing strongly preferred

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $19.29/hour.
