This position will be responsible for research, data analysis, design, and implementation of measures (e.g., marketing measure planning, customer engagement enhancement, etc.) to accelerate activities mainly on the business-to-business side of each service/product.
The actual outputs required include the extraction, processing, aggregation, analysis, and suggestion of sales promotion data for merchants, as well as the planning of measures based on the analysis results.
We help our partners expand their business with strategic considerations based on data obtained from research and analysis of Rakuten Payment users and Rakuten Group's vast database.

Data Marketing Department is part of the Sales Division and is responsible for supporting partner companies in increasing sales and profits through data analysis and research.
The department has many employees in their 20s to early 30s and works in small teams according to their roles, making it a very open-minded department.

โ Specific Job Descriptions
(1) Customer data analysis
ใปProvide support for overall marketing initiatives (strategy development, KPI setting, planning, verification, improvement proposals, etc.) of partner companies through data.
ใปConduct interviews and reporting directly to partner companies in close cooperation with sales representatives.
(2) Marketing research
ใปConduct user surveys of Rakuten members for partner companies and contribute to the marketing of partner companies.
