Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Data Lead to bring technical expertise and business insight together. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with data while also guiding and elevating the work of the broader team. You’ll help us move from ad hoc reporting toward reliable, forward-looking insights that influence strategy across the organization.

What you will do...

• Act as the senior technical expert, building and optimizing SQL queries, data models, dashboards, and reporting.
  
• Translate complex business questions into structured analyses that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  
• Provide consultation and mentorship to team members, setting standards, coaching on best practices, and raising the bar for data work across the org.
  
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to deliver insights that inform decisions.
  
• Advocate for improvements in data quality, architecture, and tools to ensure accuracy, scalability, and ease of use.
  
• Balance execution (doing the technical work yourself) with leadership (helping others deliver more impactful results).

• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  
• Strong background in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar data-driven roles.
  
• Business acumen and the ability to connect analysis to strategy and measurable outcomes.
  
• Leadership presence with the ability to influence and guide others without formal management authority.
  
• Comfort operating as both an individual contributor and a senior team lead.
  
• Familiarity with modern BI and data tools is a plus.
  

What we offer:

• $120k-$150k+ Actual salaries will vary based on various factors such as education, experience, training, scope, etc. The salary noted is just one component of our total compensation package.
