Job Summary: The Strategy and BI&A Associate will sit at the integration point between the two business units, helping support both functions drive the long-term vision and goals of the Denver Broncos. You will be a key partner to various business units, contributing to essential strategy deliverables, supporting our retail and F&B operations, and tackling high-priority projects that shape the organization's direction. This unique position offers hands-on experience in both strategic planning and data analysis, providing a comprehensive understanding of how these functions work together to achieve organizational goals within the dynamic world of professional sports.

Duration: This is a summer Associate position beginning in June 2026 and concluding in August 2026 (exact dates to be determined). 

Duties & Responsibilities

Retail and F&B: Support execution of key offseason retail and F&B initiatives:  

  • Support key offseason activities, including execution of locker room sale, F&B media day, training camp support, etc. 
  • Lead development of 2027 retail buy strategy 
  • Lead reporting on offseason activities, rolling up presentations for stadium operators, strategy department and senior staff members
  • Support season prep, creating calendars/copy/templates/reporting structures for upcoming F&B and Retail initiatives 

Strategy Development: Build on strategic capabilities within the organization by: 

  • Working with Broncos senior staff to assess quarterly business performance and prepare QBR and all-staff business updates 
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, including Partnerships case study development and category packs 

High Priority Special Projectsβ€―and Additional Support: Recommend opportunities to enhance fan experience and assist in high visibility business-driving projects by:

  • Drive next phases on key fan behavior and experience research projects, potentially including AI and fan segmentation/journey mapping
  • Supporting department as needed for any high priority projects that may arise. 

Contributes to the team effort by performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Resume 
  • Completed bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university 
  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December β€˜25 - June '27
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily PowerPoint and Excel 

Preferred Skills & Ability 

  • Produce high-quality slide decks, financial models, and analytical memos with minimal guidance or supervision
  • Experience in consulting, strategy, sports, or operationsβ€―β€―β€― 
  • Ability to partner with and communicate effectively with executives 
  • Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to execute initiativesβ€―β€― 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Self-motivated, solutions oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task 
  • Detail oriented with strong prioritization and organization skills 
  • Professional demeanor 
  • Experience working under pressure  

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $28.70/hour.
