JOB SUMMARY: This energetic, highly motivated and dependable team will be responsible for hosting, executing and assisting with youth and high school football development events and programming throughout the state of Colorado. The Events Team will serve as an extended representation of the Denver Broncos Foundation and Community Impact Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: 

Assist Community Impact Department with all youth & high school football events. Responsibilities to include:

  • Set-up and tear down
  • Event Execution
  • Customer Service & Registration

Assist Senior Director of Youth & High School Football with game day tasks, to include but limited to:

  • Assist as needed with any pregame or halftime youth and high school football activations
  • Assist with High School Football Salute (state championship recognition)
  • Additional duties as assigned by Director of Youth & High School Football

Contributes to department team effort by: 

  • Completing all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ months part- or full-time experience
  • Ability to stand or sit for an extended period of time including walking, lifting, and working outside in various weather conditions
  • Must remain flexible throughout the work week, especially on Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays throughout the fall
  • Must be willing to travel outside of the Denver Metro Area or to the Denver Metro Area (all travel will remain within the state of Colorado)
  • Must have the ability to access own transportation

PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Comfortable with customer service with the ability to problem solve
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work with little supervision – self-motivated and energetic
  • Event planning and logistics experience

Required availability for events including, but not limited to:

  • Girls High School Flag Football Jamborees (Aug. 25, Sep. 3, Oct. 1)
  • High School Game of the Week (Sep. 12, Sep. 26, Oct. 10, Oct. 24)
  • Select Broncos Home Games
  • Futures Football (April, May, Saturdays)
  • Broncos 7-on-7 & Linemen Challenge (June – dates TBD)
  • Training Camp (July-Aug)
  • Additional Events: (TBD)

All events are subject to change
