JOB SUMMARY:  The Team Operations Training Camp Interns are responsible for assisting with preparation and execution of Training Camp logistics. This internship is a fast paced and interactive experience that provides a glimpse into everything that goes on behind the scenes within the Operations Department during an NFL Training Camp.

DURATION: This Internship is Seasonal and will run from approximately July 21st - August 30th. Exact dates to be confirmed prior to start.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with all day-to-day training camp operations by:

  • Conducting player meal checks 
  • Airport runs and running errands, cleaning fueling cars as needed 
  • Assisting with the management of player bus departures and arrivals, including staying late for closing shifts
  • Assisting in communication between Broncos Team Operations staff and the team’s training camp hotel
  • Check in at the team hotel frequently to ensure players and coaches are satisfied with their stay
  • Working with the Team Operations Coordinator and Broncos Family Network to ensure guest experience for our Family Tent and VIPs consistently exceeds expectations
  • Assist with team travel tasks as assigned to prepare for the upcoming season
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience in Logistics or Operational role
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including long hours, weekends, evenings, and early mornings
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, or wind while maintaining a high level of performance and safety

PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY

  • Experience working for a pro or collegiate sports program
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A resourceful, service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously and achieve results on a deadline
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others

  • Ability to successfully lead others

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Have excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly rate will be $19.29/hour.
